Being that I'm new to this whole mom thing and Kahea is only two months old and constantly needing to be held, I don't have much time to make food. I like doing things that are quick and easy to make...and I'd rather not live off of protein shakes, ya feel me?
Enter this ridiculously easy breakfast (or any time snack) from the One Part Plant Cookbook...
Jessica Murnane suggests 1 Tbsp of nut butter on toasted bread, sprinkled with fruit and chia seeds.
2 slices of Dave's Killer Bread (21 whole grains and seeds) , toasted
Honey Tahini spread (I like a 1:1 ratio)
Frozen blackberries and raspberries (I would rather use fresh berries but I use frozen if I don't have any fresh)
Drizzled with a bit of honey (I get mine from my Uncle...he's a beekeeper.) and chia seeds
Easy, right? I love it!
